Summer 2012

We had a busy summer spending time together.  We had lots of events like Maria's birthday, Mother's Day, Mitchell's First Communion at St Peter Claver in St. Paul, Maria's dance recital, and Mitch's 8th birthday baseball themed party, and Chuck's birthday!  We took a trip up North to Pequot lakes, went to a Twin's game, kids played in our little pool, and we saw a movie in the theatre:  BRAVE!  Great summer.  Ready for Fall!

Winter...

It has been a memorable winter - not so much the temperatures as the absence of snow.
We have come up with many different ways to keep busy around our house. Chuck plugs away at homework, the kids play in forts, play Legos, fight over the shows they watch together, and have really taken to the evening show The Big Bang Theory - of course Maria loves Penny, and Mitchell gets a kick out of Sheldon! Kirsten ran a 5k in January with a fun group of people. The adults are practicing craps for a trip to LV...Mitch really caught on to the game!
